So read every product link on this site as commercial. The research either stands up to the citations under it or it doesn't — that is the part to judge us on.
Because the alternative is worse. A site that presents itself as neutral while quietly routing to one retailer is doing something dishonest, and readers work it out. Stating the relationship plainly lets you calibrate: read the evidence sections knowing there is a commercial interest behind the links, and check the citations, which is what they are there for.
